Refund policy

1. No Returns on Makeup Products
Due to health and safety regulations, as well as the nature of our makeup products, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned. We understand that makeup products can be a personal choice, and we encourage you to review all product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.

2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a replacement for the defective item. 3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products due to the nature of our inventory and makeup hygiene standards. However, if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days and we will send you the correct item at no additional charge.

4. Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase before they are processed and shipped. After the 1-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders.
